CrossFit
CrossFit is a proven formula for achieving any fitness goal, whether it’s improved health or better performance. CrossFit workouts incorporate a wide range of functional movements, from deadlifts and cleans to gymnastics, running and rowing. Whatever your fitness level or ability, our workouts are accessible, fun and effective for all.
Daily workouts take place in a small group setting and are strategically varied, keeping things exciting and ensuring you never get bored. By focusing on functional movements, we prepare you for the demands of everyday life and promote independence and well-being.

Yes, CrossFit is well known for its intense workouts and this is the key to getting real results. We encourage you to push yourself within your limits. Each workout is modified (scaled) to your abilities, to allow you to work hard and have fun as you get fitter with each session.

Kids and Teens Fitness
Our experienced coaches teach fundamental skills, teamwork, and confidence to kids and teens of all ages. Whether starting out or enhancing fitness, our programs cater to their unique needs.
Kids/Pre-teens
Our kids/pre-teens programme is all about fun and fitness for kids and pre-teens. Through skill practice, workouts, and games, we create a safe and supportive environment where they can build strength and conditioning. Our expert coaches are dedicated to helping your children develop fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and confidence.
Teens
Our teens programme is more than just a regular fitness routine – it’s a transformative experience for teens, focusing not only on building physical strength but also on strengthening the mind and fostering mental resilience. In a supportive and judgment-free environment surrounded by peers, they’ll have the opportunity to thrive.

Personal Training
Our one-on-one personal training at Ghetto CrossFit is a game-changer! If you’re stuck in your progress, our world-class coaches will tailor each 60 minute session to your goals.
If you, like many other athletes, have reached a plateau or at least may not be making the type of progress you would like to be making, then consider joining us for a one-on-one training session. These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals.

At Ghetto CrossFit our personal training session are designed for the individual, guided by a single coach helping to ensure safe and effective movement whilst maximising results in every 60 minutes session.
Weightlifting
Our Ghetto Weightlifting – Supplemental Training Programme is the ultimate strength-building experience for anyone interested in developing strength, speed and power. Step into a world of focused intensity and dedication as we delve deep into the art of weightlifting. Our expert coaches are passionate about guiding you to master proper form and technique for maximum results.
- Focus on the olympic lifts -Clean & Jerk and the Snatch
- Progressive and challenging weightlifting workouts

- Periodic assessments to track progress and improve lifts
As a Ghetto CrossFit member you will also have access to the Weightlifting class every Wednesday night at 18h30.
Gymnastics
At Ghetto CrossFit, we believe that gymnastics skills don’t just appear, they take work. That’s why our Gymnastics programme offers dedicated time each week to improve your bodyweight strength and foundational gymnastic abilities. Not only will this enhance your performance in CrossFit, but it will also boost your overall health and fitness.
